		<description>I overdid the curry powder a bit because I didn&#039;t know how much 100g of any of the other stuff was, so I just guessed and 2tbsp was a bit much for the portion I ended up with.

Still was tasty though.  Thanks for the recipe and keep em coming!</description>

I know you said something on the Banana Cake (honorary fish thread), about not knowing what Omega fats etc do - they&#039;re basically essential for growth in humans and things like decreasing cancer, but we can&#039;t make them within our bodies, so we consume stuff like eggs, special margarine with it in, oily fish, etc because it gives us those bits and bobs we need. The only way to know how quickly your oven cooks things is to compare it with other cooking times from things such as pizza or chips: if it takes longer than on the packet, then I would turn your oven up by an additional gas mark or 20 degrees when cooking, and vice versa.</description>
